Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Any use of the Service to create, upload, store, share, request, or promote sexually explicit or abusive material involving minors — real or simulated, including photorealistic depictions and cartoon or illustrated content — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. We remove such content as soon as we become aware of it, preserve evidence as required by law, and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, the authorities in the country where the incident occurred.

In addition to material violations, you must not use the Service to:

• Groom, solicit, contact, or attempt to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
• Sexualise minors in any way, including through names, notes, comments, or images attached to people in a tree.
• Use the sharing or invitation features to expose minors to inappropriate content or to facilitate abuse or exploitation.
• Link to, or direct users towards, external services or websites that host CSAE content.

If you become aware of CSAE content or behaviour on the Service, report it to us immediately at famiki@timx.co. Please include as much detail as possible (for example, the tree, person, or account involved) so we can act quickly.

You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. In an emergency involving a child at risk, contact your local law enforcement agency.

We treat every report as urgent. When we receive a credible report, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence for law enforcement, and report incidents to NCMEC and other authorities as required by law. Accounts terminated under this policy may not be re-created.

The Service is a private family tree tool: trees are visible only to their owners and the people they explicitly invite. We do not offer public profiles, public content feeds, or direct messaging between users, which limits opportunities for misuse. We review this policy and our safeguards as the Service evolves.
