• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To sync your trees across your devices and deliver sharing features.
• To send you service-related messages, such as access requests and invitations.

• To understand how the Service is used and improve it over time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

• Trees you choose to share. When you invite someone to a tree or grant access, the contents of that tree become visible to them.

The Service uses third parties such as Google (for sign-in and analytics) and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and according to their own terms and policies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can export a tree at any time, and you can delete individual trees or request that we delete your account and its associated data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
